Who can access it
Wedding owners and authorized teammates can access information according to their assigned permissions. Gallery and invitation access follow the privacy settings chosen by the host. Keep invitation links and ticket codes private.
Service providers
VowsGH uses Cloudinary for media, with database storage available as an image fallback. Wedding SMS is delivered through mNotify, and email through Namecheap Private Email. Delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver a message or store a file.
Your choices
Guests can decline optional wedding communications. Account holders can export personal information, revoke sessions, deactivate their account, or request deletion from account settings. Ask your wedding host to correct guest information or contact support for help.
Retention and removal
Some records may need to remain for outstanding support requests, operational integrity, or legitimate recordkeeping. Deletion requests are reviewed, and account ownership may need to be resolved before removal. Contact support for the retention arrangements that apply to your account.
