You retain responsibility for the wedding information and media you provide. Upload only content you own or have permission to share, and obtain appropriate consent from the people involved.
Plans and payments
Available plans display their current allowances. A payment or plan change is confirmed only when it is recorded in your account. Vendor payment records are planning records and do not transfer money.
Guest access
An RSVP, approval, ticket, and admission are separate decisions. Wedding hosts are responsible for their event policies and for explaining those policies to guests.
Availability and support
Network connections and delivery providers can affect availability. Contact support about service problems, account access, cancellations, or disputes. These service details should be read alongside any agreement provided when purchasing a plan.
